Needham Women’s Club 5th Grade Essay Contest

The Needham Women’s Club is proud to announce the winners of the annual 5th Grade Essay Contest 2018. This year the essay topic was: “How would your life be different if you did not have a cell phone/if you don’t have a cell phone, how would your life be different if you had one?”

 We received many outstanding essays with entries from Broadmeadow, Hillside, Mitchell, Newman and St. Joseph elementary schools.

Congratulations to the two winners: Annabel Cooley, Mitchell Elementary School and Brendan Reichard, St. Joseph Elementary School. They will receive a $100 Amazon gift cards.

The Needham Women’s Club is an intergenerational service and social club whose members work together to improve and enrich the lives of the Needham community through philanthropic and outreach programs. The club supports many town-wide programs and organizations.
